All items can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the item being shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to the company. Items must be in original packaging, unassembled, and the buyer can not have damaged the products. If you are returning the item for a refund they will refund you the price of the product minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. If it’s an exchange you will receive credit for the purchase price minus the 20% restocking fee.
Ewins
Ewins makes furniture mostly for the outdoors. They make; hammocks, umbrellas, outdoor rugs, outdoor patio furniture and more. You can find some outdoor benches that make great kitchen benches. They do make a small selection of indoor furniture as well. Here is a general outline of their policies.
They accept returns within 30 days for any reason as long as the item is unused. They make you pay for shipping and handling, the item has to be sent back on a pallet, RMA number needs to be displayed on the package, and a 25% restocking fee. If they made a mistake in the shipping, they will cover the expenses. Otherwise it’s all on the buyer.
Cross Country Furniture
Cross Country Furniture does not manufacture products. They do however sell furniture. The quality of their furniture will vary depending on which manufacturer created it. Here is there return policy.
Shipments that are received damaged must be so indicated on the bill of landing if you want to receive and sort of refund. You can return items and a refund will be given minus shipping charges and a 15% restocking free of your entire ORDER. (Does that mean if you purchase 5 items and return one your restocking fee is the total of all 5 items?)
Netrush
Netrush is an online only business. Since they are online only I bet you guessed they don’t manufacture any furniture. Here is a brief overview of their return policy.
Purchases may be returned within 30 days for an exchange or a refund minus shipping costs and up to a 20% restocking fee. Some of their items are shipped free. So if you return that you will be dinged on original shipping and return shipping.
